Space Santa

Up for perusal is a figure I painted a week ago and forgot to post. The Games Workshop/ Citadel 'Space Santa' from 1986. I had hoped to get him and some helper elves done for a Christmas Rogue Trader game, but alas it was not to be...

Oddly, I just watched Ladyhawke (1985) so it's been an 80s sort of day.

Happy New Year everyone!

    1. Thanks :) I had him done before Christmas. I'm always a day late and a dollar short :)

  3. An a Happy New Year to you too, sir!

    The Santa figure looks great.

I watched Ladyhawke for the first time in years (decades) not too long ago with my kids. A lot of cherished movies from my youth that I've rewatched in recent years left me wondering "What did I see in this crap!?", but I felt Ladyhawke really stood up. Well... maybe not the soundtrack...

    1. Hehehe, It had been at least twenty years for me. I didn't recall the style of the soundtrack at all, and when I saw Alan Parsons on the producer list at the beginning I had a chuckle.

I agree about watching old stuff- there are things I revered in my youth and seeing it again has me questioning my taste :)
